Exceptions

Custom-configured hardware, software licenses already activated, and services fully performed are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

Deposit invoices for bespoke fabrication may be non-refundable after fabrication begins, as stated in your order.

Process

Refund requests must be emailed to team@mesh-gridlink.digital with invoice numbers, delivery dates, and a concise description of the issue. We may schedule a technical review call before approving a return.

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to direct purchases from BlueVector Gunnery Systems under standard commercial terms. Reseller transactions follow the reseller’s policies unless your contract states otherwise.

Timeframe

Where a cooling-off right applies under Korean consumer regulations for distance contracts, you may withdraw within fourteen days of receipt of goods that are not excluded, provided seals are intact and no confidential data was disclosed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible within a commercially reasonable period, typically thirty business days after receipt of returned goods.

Eligibility

Eligibility depends on contract type, delivery state, and whether services were consumed. Enterprise procurement teams should refer to master agreements for negotiated return windows.

Partial credits

If only part of a delivery fails acceptance testing, we may offer partial credits or replacement components instead of a full refund, consistent with the remedy section of your order.

Return shipping

Unless we confirm a warranty defect covered under support terms, you are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during transit. Use trackable shipping.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can attempt resolution. Chargebacks may delay legitimate support access while banks investigate.

Consumer rights in Korea

Korean consumers may have additional rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable protections.
