Liability
BlueVector Gunnery Systems provides training and simulation equipment for professional maritime and defense customers. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
We do not exclude liability where prohibited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful. Indirect, consequential, and punitive damages are disclaimed except where such disclaimer is void.
Termination
Either party may terminate a statement of work for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure within thirty days of written notice. Termination for convenience may be permitted only where explicitly stated in your order.
Upon termination, you must cease use of licensed software keys we issued, except for archival copies required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and documentation templates. Deliverables identified as customer-owned in the contract transfer according to that instrument.
You may not reverse engineer our software to discover underlying protocols except to the extent mandatory interoperability rights apply under applicable law.
Service description
Our services include design, integration, calibration, and support for naval targeting console simulators and related scenario content. Exact scope is defined in each order or statement of work.
We do not operate live weapon systems, provide classified data, or guarantee certification outcomes by third-party authorities.
User obligations
You will provide accurate technical inputs, timely access to facilities, and personnel cleared for the work described. You are responsible for network security on your premises beyond the trainer rack boundary.
You agree not to use our deliverables in violation of export control or sanctions laws applicable in Korea and your jurisdiction.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Korea, unless a signed contract specifies arbitration with different rules.
Acceptance
By accessing our website, requesting information, or signing an order, you acknowledge that you have read this User Agreement and agree to its terms to the extent they apply to your relationship with us.
If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Definitions
“Deliverables” means hardware, software, documentation, and services expressly listed in a signed order. “Trainer” means simulation equipment intended for instructional use only.
“Customer data” means information you upload to our systems for support tickets or training exports.
Order of precedence
If a signed contract conflicts with this website policy, the signed contract controls for that engagement. Website terms apply to general browsing and unsolicited inquiries.
Changes to this agreement
We may update this User Agreement to reflect regulatory changes or service adjustments. Material changes will be posted with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the website after posting constitutes notice; contractual customers follow change clauses in their orders.
